Energy Cell was commissioned to develop a new tourism website for Lincolnshire County Council that would drive visitor engagement across the county. The brief required creating a content-rich platform combining magazine-style presentation with intelligent content delivery. The council needed a solution that was both visually appealing and technically robust, with custom mobile optimisation, search-friendly architecture, and a user-friendly administration system allowing multiple council staff to manage content without technical expertise.
